Refund & Returns Policy

At The Gain Train, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Whether you choose our physical or digital journal, we want you to feel confident in your order. Please read our policy below for full details.

1. Returns – Physical Products

We accept returns for physical journals within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return:

• Email us at hello@thegaintrainshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Digital journals/downloads (due to the nature of instant delivery)
• Opened or used physical journals
• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Sale or discounted items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.

We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (for physical items), we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Digital Downloads

All sales of digital journals are final. We cannot offer refunds once a digital file has been delivered. If you encounter an issue accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Cancellations

Physical orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Digital orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once the download link is sent.
