1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@thegaintrainshop.com to see if we can arrange a special delivery.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
During peak times or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Digital Products
Digital versions of The Gain Train Journal are delivered instantly via email after purchase and do not require physical shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
